Christine is a dedicated life coach for women, who is passionate about guiding her clients to living more fulfilling and joyful lives. She guides her clients through their personal growth to deepen connection to self, build confidence and self trust,  and make empowering decisions for themselves so they can lean into living more authentically in a life they enjoy.

Her  journey has been shaped by diverse career and personal life experiences that have honed her ability to understand and connect with people on a deeper level. Through overcoming personal obstacles and embracing continuous personal development, Christine has developed a keen sense of intuition and empathy. that greatly benefit the women who embrace their personal transformation with her guidance.

Christine's coaching style is rooted in this life experience. She strives to create a safe and supportive space for women, drawing on her intuitive understanding and empathetic nature to help them navigate challenges and discover their unique path to fulfillment.

In addition to working with women one-on-one or in groups, Christine believes in the power of shared experiences. She is the host of the monthly membership  Joy Project Community, and hosts local (Waterloo Region) community events where women can connect, share insights, and support each other's growth. Christine also connects teams and audiences through public speaking and workshops within progressive organizations big and small.
